For insurers
Your products.
More partnerships.
Your authority.
Bring approved insurance propositions to the customer relationships your partners already serve. Keep product terms, quotations and insurance decisions with your own team.

A partnership your team can operate
Distribution starts with
the right foundations.
Agree the product, partner and journey, then connect the operational steps needed to serve the customer.
Prepare the product
Import available product information and complete missing fields under insurer control.
Approve independently
A second authorised insurer person reviews the product before publication.
Enable the partnership
Accept the relationship, agree products and terms, and obtain approval from both organisations.
Operate the lifecycle
Return quotations, issuance outcomes and ongoing service decisions.
Your insurer workspace
A clear view of
your part in the work.
Organise product preparation and distribution within your own workspace. Your authorised users see the tasks, evidence and outcomes relevant to their role.
- Product information remains under insurer control
- Approval stays separate from preparation
- Requests carry a clear next action and recorded outcome

Work with your fulfilment approach
Your systems.
Your authorised teams.
Choose API execution or authorised portal fulfilment for each operation. Connect tracks the result whichever agreed route is used.
When a response is uncertain, your team checks the insurer system before a retry. A missing response should never be treated as proof that nothing happened.

A few things
worth clarifying.
Clear answers before you plan your partnership.
Does Connect replace our insurance core?
Connect is designed to work alongside the insurer’s existing systems. Products and insurance decisions remain under insurer control, with operations fulfilled through agreed system connections or authorised portal processes.
Can a product be distributed immediately after import?
Imported fields reflect what the insurer source and adapter can supply. Missing information is completed under insurer control, then a second authorised insurer person approves the product before publication.
Can we use more than one distribution partner?
The model supports approved relationships with banks, mobile-money businesses and other distribution partners. Products, journeys and permissions are governed by each approved arrangement.
Are our integrations already included and live?
The fulfilment design is agreed during implementation. Each connection requires setup, testing and certification before live use; a walkthrough does not represent a certified integration.
